Poultry Equipment - Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System
This full-set automatic drinking system consists of pre-water treatment unit, main water supply assembly, water inlet unit, pressure regulator, line end fitting, nipple drinking lines, lifting winches, suspension lifting system and anti-perching device.
Pre-water Treatment Unit
Equipped with water filter, flow meter, pressure gauge, pressure controller and medicator. Water storage tank and pressure stabilizing device are available as optional accessories.
Pressure Regulator
It integrates pressure adjustment, backflow prevention and water level indication functions. Easy to operate with sensitive response. The built-in valve is made of virgin material, which is flexible and anti-aging.
Lifting Winch
Gears are treated for enhanced wear resistance and structural toughness. The whole body is painted finished, featuring elegant appearance and long service life.
Square Pipe Drinking Line (Lubing Style)
The drinking nipple is combined with POM housing and stainless steel parts, adopting double cone sealing structure for excellent leakproof performance and stable operation.
It uses 22×22 virgin PVC square pipes added with light-shielding agent, which effectively restrains the breeding of bacteria and algae inside pipes. Galvanized pipes and aluminum alloy triangular brackets are optional alternatives.
Round Pipe Drinking Line (Plasson Style)
Matched with corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy brackets. The round water pipe ensures smooth water circulation, and clip-on structure enables quick and easy installation.
Upgraded double-sealed cone nipples bring better using performance. Hollow drinking cups are designed for higher stability.
The air inlet is manufactured from high-quality ABS engineering materials, featuring high structural strength, excellent anti-aging performance, and strong durability. It supports direct high-pressure water cleaning for easy daily maintenance.
The window panel is equipped with a 20mm thick insulation board, delivering outstanding thermal insulation and airtight sealing performance to stabilize indoor temperature.
Baffles are installed on both sides of the panel, with an air deflector mounted on the upper part of the air inlet to adjust and stabilize airflow direction. Under negative pressure ventilation inside the poultry house, outdoor fresh air can be evenly delivered to the center of the house. This design ensures sufficient oxygen supply for flocks while avoiding drastic indoor temperature fluctuations, creating a constant and comfortable breeding environment.
Adopting premium raw materials and advanced cross-space corrugation technology, the cooling pad features superior water absorption, excellent waterproof and anti-mildew performance, as well as a long service life.
Blended with efficient surfactants, it possesses natural water absorption capacity with fast water diffusion and long-lasting working performance. A single drop of water can fully diffuse within 4-5 seconds. It reaches a water absorption height of 60-70mm within 5 minutes and 200mm within 1.5 hours, fully meeting international industry standards.
Manufactured in strict accordance with standardized production specifications. The 600mm-width cooling pad consists of 85 sheets. It adopts imported 100g/㎡ kraft paper with a thickness of 0.18-0.2mm, 70N tensile resistance, 45mm/10min water absorption height, 5-8% moisture content and 18N humidity resistance, ensuring stable and reliable overall performance.
